I love this pizza recipe. I have made pizza, breadsticks, and garlic knots with it. It's a great base dough recipe.
Ingredients
1 tbsp yeast 1 tbsp sugar 3/4 cup warm water 2 3/4 cups bread flour + some for rolling 1/2 tsp salt
In a large bowl, add warm water, yeast, and sugar and mix them. Let it sit for 20 minutes. It should be bubbly. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix them. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise in a warm spot for 30 minutes.
You can make 1 large pizza, divide the dough into 4 small 7-inch pizzas, or divide the dough into 24 mini pizzas. For the large or small pizzas, add flour on a flat surface, roll the dough, and use a rolling pin to shape your pizza. For the mini pizzas, use 2 muffin tins. I recommend using muffin tin liners. Divide the dough into 24 balls and press it into the liners to fill out the bottom. Add dairy-free cheese. There are store-bought options, but I like this homemade dairy-free cheese recipe.
Add your desired toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. The mini pizzas will cook faster so I would check them at 10 minutes.
